Meet the Owners
dina Lang and Katy Nadal are longtime friends who share a love for the practice of yoga. As mothers of now adult children, Katy and dina have turned their nurturing focus toward their community.
Bringing yoga to people of all ages and abilities is the passion behind the creation of Santosha Yoga.
The name, Santosha, is Sanskrit for contentment. Katy and dina believe that through yoga each person can discover their true self and find Santosha!
We believe that yoga has the power to transform lives, and our goal is to make this trans-formative practice available to people of all ages and abilities.
Yoga is an ancient scientific system designed to empower health, happiness and a greater sense of self. The word ‘yoga’ means ‘union’ and refers to the oneness of mind, body and spirit. Yoga is not a religion, it is a practice. It supports and enhances all cultural, racial and religious backgrounds. All classes at Santosha reflect this philosophy, where everyone is welcome to find peace and contentment just as they are.
