Thanks, Dina. I'm taking a greater than usual look at what I'm putting into my body ever since I started to do more yoga. The physical part of yoga has made me more aware of how my body feels. I didn't used to pay as much attention to how different foods affected how my body felt. Now I do. This blog post came at the perfect time as I do the Optimal Health program. Really appreciate how the different foods you highlighted 'communicate' what they do.
