Designed to help you find the class that's right for you.
Cool: These classes are more about stretching (and gentle strengthening) than sweating. A long sleeved cotton shirt would probably suit you fine.
Warm: Peel off the long sleeves, you're in for a fairly athletic workout.
Hot: You'll be sweating in no time with a vigorous, challenging practice in a room heated to 85 degrees.
Gentle Yoga ~ Cool
A rejuvenating class with a gentle flow. Focus on balance, range of motion, core strengthening, stretching and relaxation. All levels welcome.
This class is appropriate for all stages of complication-free pregnancy as well!
Beginning Vinyasa ~ Warm
An entry level vinyasa class for those brand new to the practice or with limited experience. A chance to move slowly, focus on breathing, learn basic posture alignment and put it all together in a vinyasa flow. ("Vinyasa" in Sanskrit means "flow," which means you'll be flowing smoothly from pose to pose.) A great preparation for any of our Vinyasa classes!
NOTE: On Sundays at 9:00 am we offer an all level donation-based community class, your $5 donation to Street Yoga is greatly appreciated!
Vinyasa ~ Warm
A moderately athletic flow class with emphasis on posture alignment and moving with the breath. Creative pose sequencing builds strength and flexibility in the body, mind and spirit. Intermediate level class, fit beginners are welcome.
Power Vinyasa ~ Hot
A challenging flow class for those who like to practice in the heat. The room temperature is set to 85 degrees. Solidify the connection of mind, body and spirit through an exhilarating and detoxifying practice. Intermediate to advanced yogis bring your towel and be prepared to sweat!
Fit Flow ~ Hot
A detox flow designed to get your sweat flowing, your heart pumping, your core solid and still give you that sweet yoga afterglow of peace and tranquility. 90° studio plus core-centric rigorous flows will help you develop a strong body, a flexible mind and a compassionate spirit.
Dharma Yoga II ~ (Warm) and III ~ (Hot)
This yoga practice was created by Sri Dharma Mittra and is known throughout the yoga world as Maha Sadhana, “The Great Practice”. Join Dina as she introduces you to this long standing tradition which is designed to bring the student who practices to the ‘correct state-of-mind’ blissful feelings of inner calm and self-control. The practice includes asana, pranayama and deep relaxation. (Dharma II is comparable to our regular Vinyasa level, and Dharma III to our Power Vinyasa level.)
Candlelight Flow ~ Warm
A slower moving vinyasa class at the end of a busy day. In a peaceful, candlelit setting allow the stress of the day to move out of your body and mind making space for a sense of tranquility in your soul.
Yin ~ Cool
A perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) style of vinyasa yoga. Yin targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. A slower moving class focusing on floor postures with longer holds. All levels welcome.
Restorative ~ Cool
As relaxing as a spa treatment. Using props to support your body, relax and rest deeply with this restorative practice. Improve digestion, elimination and fertility. Reduce blood pressure, muscle tension, insomnia and fatigue. All levels welcome to this 90 minute class!
Tai Chi ~ Cool
A gentle exercise program that consists of a sequence of slow, fluid movements--Tai Chi is a moving meditation. By integrating the body and mind, it improves immunity, posture, strength and flexibility. Practiced regularly, tai chi can significantly enhance balance, concentration, and relaxation. This
Sun-style session class allows participants to deepen as they learn the sequence of movements. All levels welcome.
Senior Yoga ~ Cool
Using chairs and props to accommodate all levels of mobility, this gentle form of yoga helps restore strength and flexibility without straining the joints and muscles of the body. Whether you are standing or seated, yoga helps increase the flow of blood to the body’s organs and tissues thereby reducing the effects of aging. Breathing and meditation techniques that are so integral to yoga help improve concentration and sharpen memory. Special pricing for this class: $10/week for 2 classes!
Yoga for Healthy Backs ~ Cool
Using Yoga Tune-Up ® techniques, the asanas of yoga and mindful breathing, bring more flexibility, strength and comfort to your spine. See how it changes all facets of your life to have better, stronger posture.

Plus Size Yoga ~ Warm
A class designed for the student who deals with pain and mobility issues due to carrying extra weight. This class uses chairs for stability, comfort and ease. Build your mind/body/spiritual connection in a safe, accessible class that challenges you exactly where you are today.
Imagination Yoga for Kids (ages 3 1/2+) ~ Warm
Wednesdays from 4:00 pm - 4:45 Each imaginative class has a special focus emphasizing yoga poses, breath, kindness, relaxation and joy. Find gratitude through Sun Salutations in this unique yoga journey designed especially for kids!
