Kishor Yoga (yogis aged 10-16) ~ 10 week session Sign Up! September 14 thru November 30 ~ Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30 p.m. Enrollment is NOW open for Fall!
Kishor is Sanskrit for Youthful, Fresh, Vigorous. In ancient India, sages considered the years between 10 and 16 to be the ideal time to pursue the spiritual path, to begin to look at the fundamental questions in life, and to discover the inner realms. This is our time!
Experiencing the world through the body is the yogi's path to self discovery. An opportunity to feel, to listen, to try and to honor what is, this is how we learn to create the best version of ourselves on and off the mat.
Imagination Yoga is a fun filled, creative way of teaching kids to use their imaginations while they learn yoga. Each week is a different "yoga adventure" that includes yoga poses, breathing, and storytelling. Children ages 3.5 through 12 welcome. 8 sessions/$96 (No class on Nov. 24th) Call for drop-in availability. ($15)

We believe that yoga has the power to transform lives, and our goal is to make this transformative practice available to people of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities.
Yoga is an ancient scientific system designed to empower health, happiness and a greater sense of self. The word ‘yoga’ means ‘union’ and refers to the oneness of mind, body and spirit. Yoga is not a religion; it is a practice. It supports and enhances all cultural, racial and religious backgrounds. All classes at Santosha reflect this philosophy, where everyone is welcome to find peace and contentment just as they are.
