Finding the time to heal and reconnect to your pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, non-pregnant breathing, and spend time addressing your postpartum body in your birth recovery process can be nearly impossible with little one(s) at home. Life is busy. Take three hours out for you.
The workshop will incorporate seated work, core work on the back and hands+knees, standing poses, yoga flows and restorative poses. This is a chance to focus on you!
Releasing tension in tight shoulders, hips, and hamstrings!
Strengthening Core, Pelvis, and Hips from the inside layer out to reconnect!
Proper posture, Alignment, and Breathing for optimal healing after pregnancy and birth!
Stability and Balance to recruit the muscles – essential in birth recovery!
What about those Babies? Your baby is welcome to attend with you as long as he/she is pre crawling stage. You will be able to feed and change baby as need - just note that it may distract you from getting to experience all of the movements.
Essential Birth Recovery Kit is included in the price of the workshop and it includes a Mamalates DVD, a stretchy band, an 8 inch ball for core and pelvic floor work, and more.
