Prenatal Yoga Wednesday at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 7 p.m.
Prenatal Yoga is a solid yoga practice designed for women during pregnancy which focuses on the important transitions your body is making on this amazing experience. Prenatal Yoga will include strengthening and challenging poses to maintain strength and build confidence. Prenatal Yoga will always include sequences to create space through the torso and hips to ease some of the discomforts that can be part of pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga will also bring in poses and talk about labor positions, pain coping techniques, pelvic floor, proper alignment, and breathwork. The breathwork helps us to find different ways to ease tension or anxiety, find new energy, breathe through discomfort, and relaxing the mind and body.
All levels of yogis, beginning and advanced, will find this class accessible. All trimesters welcome!
