              Santosha's Sweat Index  ~  Designed to help you find the class that's right for you.

              Cool: These classes are more about stretching (and gentle strengthening) than sweating. A long sleeved cotton shirt would probably suit you fine.
              Warm: Peel off the long sleeves, you're in for a fairly athletic workout. 
              Hot: You'll be sweating in no time with a vigorous, challenging practice in a room heated to 85 degrees.

              *Tai Chi - This class is being offered through PCC this term. You can register with PCC online, by mail, or by phone (971-722-8888). The CRN # for Tai Chi for Health  is 16939. (Note that tuition for PCC classes is discounted 50% if you are over 62.)

              **FREE! Beginning Vinyasa - This FREE class is open to anyone an everyone - including current Santosha students. Optional $5 donation goes to Street Yoga, an organization bringing yoga to homeless and at risk youth and their caregivers. Check out their good works at www.streetyoga.org.

              We follow the Beaverton Public School schedule, if they are closed due to bad weather, so are we.  Stay home, be safe and remember to breathe!
