Senior Yoga ~ Mon 12:30 pm, Tues/Thurs 10:30 am (all classes 60 min)
This gentle form of yoga helps restore strength and flexibility without straining the joints and muscles of the body. Whether you are standing or seated in a chair, yoga helps increase blood flow to the body's organs and tissues thereby reducing the effects of aging. Breathing and meditation techniques promote and overall sense of well-being. Chairs and mats provided.
