Yin Yoga ~ Mon 7:00 pm (75 min),  Wed 12:30 pm (60 min)
A perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) style of vinyasa yoga.  Yin targets the connective tissues of the pelvis, hips and lower spine.  A slow moving class focusing on floor postures with longer holds.
