Yoga Tune Up For Shoulder Stability with Nina Pitzel
We will work on overused and underused areas of the arms, shoulders, and hands to find your blind spots and release tension. You'll learn to weave self-massage techniques with corrective exercises. Nina encourages students to practice looking inward, to listen to themselves, and to respond authentically to whatever they find. As a result, her classes are therapeutic and imaginative.
