An entry level vinyasa class for those brand new to the practice or with limited experience. A chance to move slowly, focus on breathing, learn basic posture alignment and put it all together in a vinyasa flow. ("Vinyasa" in Sanskrit means "flow," which means you'll be flowing smoothly from pose to pose.) A great preparation for any of our Vinyasa classes!
A moderately athletic flow class with emphasis on posture alignment and moving with the breath. Creative pose sequencing builds strength and flexibility in the body, mind and spirit. Intermediate level class. Fit beginners are welcome.

Join Richard Chew to learn the basics of Tai Chi. You will learn and practice basic forms of Professor Cheng Manching's Yang style of Tai Chi.
