Prenatal Partner Yoga Workshop
A fusion of Prenatal Yoga and Childbirth Education, this two hour workshop is for expecting couples to explore how yoga and movement can be used in labor and birth. We will talk about the differences between all the stages of labor and the yoga movements that support the birthing process. We'll also cover birth plans and pain coping strategies.
This workshop is a hybrid of interacting with your partner and doing yoga on the mat. No prior yoga experience is necessary!
